The event provided an opportunity to strengthen the doctoral student community, exchange research experiences, and explore opportunities for academic career development, securing research funding, and establishing interdisciplinary collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>The event was opened by Prof. Marek Kr\u0119towski, Vice-Rector for Research at Bialystok University of Technology, who emphasised the important role of doctoral students in strengthening the University&#8217;s research potential and highlighted the value of collaboration between researchers from different scientific disciplines.<\/p>\n<p>The programme featured presentations on the activities of the Doctoral School, available support for doctoral students, and opportunities for academic and professional development.
