In accordance with the new Regulations for the Doctoral School of Bialystok University of Technology,<\/a> starting from the 2025\/2026 academic year, doctoral students may be exempted from compulsory English language classes based on an approved language certificate.<\/p>\n

Procedure for obtaining an exemption:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. \n

    The doctoral student completes a dedicated \u00a0Request_for_Exemption_English<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Together with a valid language certificate<\/strong> (confirming English proficiency at level B2 or higher<\/strong>), the student submits the documents for verification to the Foreign Language Centre (SJO)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    The Head of the Foreign Language Centre<\/strong> verifies the certificate and confirms its compliance with the requirements
    \n(    Appendix 9 to the Regulations of the DSBUT<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    The signed application<\/strong> must then be submitted to the SDPB office <\/strong>(WM-340). Deadline for submitting the signed documents: May 30, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The Director of the Doctoral School<\/strong> makes the final decision on granting the exemption.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
