The tasks of the Doctoral Student Council include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. \n

    Participating in the implementation of the University\u2019s objectives;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Representing the interests of doctoral candidates;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Representing the doctoral student community outside the University;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Protecting the rights of doctoral candidates;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Informing doctoral students about the activities of the Council and the University authorities;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Initiating self-help and self-education activities for doctoral students;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    Supporting the academic development of doctoral candidates;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    Expressing the opinions of the doctoral student community on matters of interest, either on its own initiative or at the request of the University authorities;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  9. \n

    Taking part in decision-making processes on matters concerning doctoral candidates, in particular:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      giving opinions on draft decisions proposed by the University\u2019s authorities and organizational units,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      submitting proposals for resolutions and regulations to the appropriate University bodies,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      cooperating with University authorities and units to improve the education system and the social and living conditions of doctoral students.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
