On January 30, 2025, doctoral students from our Doctoral School had the pleasure of participating in the international scientific conference Novus Scientia 2025 – “International Scientific Postgraduate Conference for Faculties of Mechanical Engineering of Technical Universities and Colleges”, held at the Technical University of Košice.
During the conference, the doctoral students presented research papers related to their doctoral dissertations:
🔹 MSc Eng. Anna Tomaszewska – Current trends and future perspectives in personalized anatomical implants: A review of dental implant design
🔹 MSc Eng. Adriana Dowbysz – Safety in archives – archival box fire with emphasis on their flammability and smoke density
🔹 MSc Eng. Anita Gryko – Numerical analysis of the influence of scaffold implantation on load distribution in long bones
We are pleased to announce that the award for the best presentation at the 22nd International Scientific Conference for Doctoral Students of Mechanical and Related Faculties was granted to MSc Eng. Adriana Dowbysz.
The international conference provided an excellent opportunity for participants to exchange scientific experiences and establish international collaborations.
