Candidates admitted to the Doctoral School of Bialystok University of Technology (SDPB) are required, within the deadline specified in the recruitment schedule, to submit the following documents:

Application for admission to the SDPB (printed from the IRK system and signed legibly).

Personal questionnaire (printed from the IRK system and signed legibly).

Application for a student ID card along with proof of payment (printed from the IRK system and signed legibly).

Copy of the master’s, master of engineering, or equivalent diploma (original and photocopy).

Document confirming knowledge of English at B1 level or higher, e.g., certificate or diploma supplement (original and photocopy).

Doctoral student’s declaration – personal identification data – available for download here.

Medical certificate confirming no contraindications to undertake education at the SDPB – referral for medical examination to be collected from the Secretariat on the days of document submission.
