MSc Eng. Jacek Maciej Stankiewicz, a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of Bialystok University of Technology, has been awarded the Minister of Science and Higher Education Scholarship for outstanding young researchers. Among 228 recipients, he is the only doctoral student recognized in the field of automation, electronics, electrical engineering, and space technologies. The scholarship is granted for a period of 3 years, with a monthly amount of PLN 5,390.
His doctoral dissertation is titled “Design method and evaluation of magnetic properties of multi-segment planar coil systems with selected geometry.” His research focuses on wireless power transfer systems (WPT) and numerical analysis of multi-segment magnetic structures.
He actively participates in research teams working on projects under the VIA CARPATIA program and has received multiple awards, including five-time winner of the Best PhD Student Award in his discipline and three-time recipient of the top doctoral scholarship (ZIREG project). His academic output includes 29 publications, including 11 in highly ranked journals.
