Recruitment to the Doctoral School of Bialystok University of Technology for the 2025/2026 academic year will follow the schedule below:

| May 30, 2025 | Submission of recruitment committee members to the Secretariat of the Doctoral School for the 2025/2026 academic year. |
| August 4 – September 1, 2025 | Registration and application to the Doctoral School of Bialystok University of Technology via the IRK system. |
| September 10 – September 12, 2025 | Admission interviews conducted by the recruitment committees. |
| By September 19, 2025 | Announcement of recruitment results and list of admitted candidates. |
| September 22 – September 24, 2025 | Submission of original documents to the Secretariat of the Doctoral School of Bialystok University of Technology (Mechanical Faculty, room 340). |
