Dear Doctoral Candidates,
As of February 14, 2025, the Rector of Białystok University of Technology has issued Ordinance No. 13/2025, which regulates the principles of allocating financial resources for student and doctoral activities.
The new rules specify:
- The distribution and allocation of funds for the Doctoral Students’ Council, scientific circles, and doctoral organizations.
- The procedure for submitting funding applications.
- A new procedure for processing doctoral candidates’ applications – financial documents will now be handled by the financial assistant at the Doctoral School.
- The process of making purchases and documenting expenditures.
- Supervision of budget implementation and deadlines for submitting reports.

The deadline for submitting funding applications is November 15 each year, and financial documents must be settled by December 15.
